We ship worldwide
Prints are made in a local print centre close to you, with production in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and across Europe, so your poster doesn't have to travel across the world to reach you.
How long it takes
- Your proof: emailed within 24–48 hours of receiving your pet's photo.
- Digital download: emailed as soon as you approve your proof, anywhere in the world.
- Prints in Australia: made to order after you approve your proof, then delivered in about 5–8 business days.
- Prints outside Australia: usually 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your country.
If you order without uploading a photo, the timeline starts once we receive it. Just reply to your order confirmation email with your photo.
Shipping costs
- Australia: free shipping on every print.
- Everywhere else: shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Digital downloads: delivered by email, no shipping needed.
Tracking
Once your print ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.
Customs and duties
Because most prints are produced in or near your country, customs charges are uncommon. If any import duties or taxes apply to your order, they're the responsibility of the recipient.
Gifts and holiday orders
Buying for a special date? Order early so there's time to approve your proof. Around Christmas we'll post our last recommended order dates on the website.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll update it if your print hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
